Compliance program
This compliance program is consistent with the company’s growth strategy, it was created to achieve our objectives, ensuring respect for the law and our values.
“Think and choose to do the right thing” is the motto of the Compliance department, which reinforces the call and responsibility that we all have at Grupo Dökka to fulfill and bring our values to life.
The Code of Conduct is the foundation of our program and a vitally important element of our business culture.
We have a compliance program that is a living element, that transcends the legal and that responds to the vision and needs of the company, as well as regulatory changes. Currently, it is made up of seven pillars and its basis is the Code of Conduct
Complaint channel
As part of the compliance program, we have an open line for collaborators and third parties who wish to report concerns, non-compliance, suspicions and, in general, situations that deviate from our culture of ethics and compliance.
We make this line available, which is secure, confidential and can be used anonymously, when necessary, with full confidence that any report received is addressed and investigated in accordance with our internal procedures.
